Patrizia Immobilien has acquired an office building that’s now being constructed in central Kassel. The office space has been leased to the Hesse Region for 15 years, which plans to use the new building as the headquarters of the Kassel Regional Council. The project‘s developer is OFB, however the purchase price was not been published. The new building is located between Kurt-Schumacher-Straße, Hedwigstraße and Mauerstraße, and will offer approximately 14,000 sqm of space. Around 12,500 sqm will be used by Kassel Regional Council while 1,700 sqm of retail space has been leased to Rewe for 15 years.
