Patrizia Immobilien AG has bought a nursing home located on Rheinallee in Ludwigshafen. The acquisition was made for the Patrizia’s fund Pflege-Invest Deutschland I. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The property was built in 2009 and has a rental area of 6,125 sqm. It is leased to the operator, the Berlin-based Vitanas Group, until 2029. The residential care facility has 135 beds, 75% of which are in single rooms.
“With this acquisition, we are taking investment opportunities in the Ludwigshafen / Mannheim metropolitan area, for which we have identified a further increase in the number of care recipients in the future,” said Johannes Altmayr, Head of Acquisitions at Patrizia.
