Patrizia Immobilien has acquired an office and hotel property in Munich from Studio M Maxvorstadt GmbH & Co. KG. The purchase price was not disclosed. The five-story building, located at Sandstrasse in the city’s Maxvorstadt district, was built in 2000. The property offers 7,300 sqm of space over five floors and features 37 underground parking spaces. The tenants include Macromedia College of Higher Education and the hotel operator Primestar Hospitality.
