Patrizia Immobilien AG has acquired the Rebstockpark retirement home in Frankfurt from Ried Wohnbau, the original developer of the property. The facility is located next to Rebstock Park in the Europa district of Frankfurt and offers more than 150 beds as well as 88 accommodation units under assisted living and independent living arrangements. The senior residence is also equipped in an underground car park with 82 parking spots. The building was constructed in 2010 and currently is 90 percent leased. The acquisition of the property was made for the Patrizia Pflege-Invest Deutschland I property fund. The purchase price was not disclosed.
