Patrizia Immobilien and Hotel Group Ruby Hotels have joined forces to work on a hotel project in Hamburg. The 290 room hotel, located on Stadthausbrücke in downtown Hamburg, will be the sixth addition to the group’s hotels. The property has been used as an office building, offering approximately 8,300 sqm of office space. The collaboration between Patrizia and hotel group Ruby Hotels has been ongoing now for the past 25 years.
