Patrizia Immobilien AG bought an office property in MĆ¼nster and an industrial property in Krefeld from Warburg-HIH Invest. The selling prices were not disclosed. The Portal 10 office building on Albersloher Weg in MĆ¼nster offers 6,562 sqm of leasable space and parking for 51 vehicles. The multi-tenant property has been part of an open-ended special AIF managed by Warburg-HIH Invest. The industrial property in Krefeld, which is currently leased to Siemens, offers around 59,000 sqm. It had been part of an individual fund portfolio owned by a German superannuation scheme. āWe are pleased to have found in Patrizia a renowned investor for two properties occupied on long-term leases,ā said Hans-Joachim Lehmann, managing director of Warburg-HIH Invest.
