Patrizia Immobilien has acquired a mixed-use property called Colosseo in Frankfurt am Main. The purchase price was not disclosed. The 7-storey property is located in the popular Sachsenhausen district and offers 26,600 sqm of space. The mixed-use property has 25 office tenants, 11 retailers and it includes 96 leased apartment. „Through its diversified tenant mix, strong macro location and sustainable income stream with the potential for further upside, this asset represented a compelling investment opportunity,” says Philipp Schaper, Group Head of Transactions for Patrizia Immobilien.
