Through its subsidiary PATRIZIA GrundInvest, PATRIZIA Immobilien is launching its tenth private investor fund, PATRIZIA GrundInvest Smart Living Frankfurt. The new fund, which will soon be available, allows investors to invest in micro-housing concepts in an attractive location. The complex of 221 residential units comprising a rentable area of around 4,600 sqm is located in Frankfurt’s Sachsenhausen district. The fund is aiming for average annual yields of four percent before taxes and an investment period of ten years. PATRIZIA GrundInvest Frankfurt/Hofheim, a private investor fund investing in a local shopping centre in Hofheim, just outside Frankfurt, is now being placed.
