The German-based company Patrizia opened its new office in Finland, which will be managed by the Patrizia Nordics subsidiary based in Copenhagen. āWe have been monitoring the Finnish market for some time now and have also already invested in residential and commercial real estate there. As in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, we also see great potential in the Finnish real estate market and are therefore delighted to be represented in Finland with our own location and our own team,ā said Rikke Lykke, Managing Director of Patrizia Nordics.
Patrizia Nordics was founded in the summer of 2012, and its assets under management increased last year to ā¬550m. The company recently received an AIFMD licence for its operations in the Nordic countries.
