Pavăl brothers buy Dacia One office buildings from Atenor Group for EUR 50 million.
This is the third office project that Pavăl brothers buy in Romania after The Bridge project acquisition for EUR 200 million and The Office project in Cluj for EUR 120 million.
Atenor sold another office project this year, Hermes Business Campus, to Adventum Group.
