Entrepreneurs Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl, the owners of Dedeman, are in advanced negotiations for the acquisition of the Dacia One office complex, in the center of Bucharest, with the Belgian developer Atenor, in a transaction estimated at about EUR 50 million, according to real estate market sources.
The project has a total leasable area of 15,950 sqm of offices and 350 sqm of retail.
Atenor recently announced that construction work on Dacia One should be completed in the third quarter of 2021, the complex being fully leased. In addition, company representatives say negotiations for a sale are underway and it cannot be said whether the transaction will be completed this year.
