Brothers Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl, owners of Dedeman, are working on consolidating, restoring and refurbishing the house of the merchant Nicolae Hlebnikian in the center of Bucharest, bought for about EUR 5 million. The property will be used as the headquarters for the holding companies. The works will be completed by October 2023.
The villa has an area of over 2,800 sqm built, 31 rooms, 15 bathrooms and is equipped with elevator. The usable area of the house is 1,520 sqm and has a plot of 1,405 sqm.
The property was put up for sale with a starting price of EUR 5.2 million through the auction house Artmark Historical Estate and awarded at about EUR 5 million, in the largest housing transaction of 2018.
