According to real estate market data, Pavăl Holding, the Pavăl brothers’ company that also owns Dedeman, is close to purchasing the first phase of the U Center offices in the Tineretului area of the Capital from Forte Partners.
The transaction could be worth around EUR 90 million, but the price has yet to be determined. The amount is calculated using estimates based on a 2019 evaluation of EUR 200 million for the project, which consists of two phases with a total leasable area of 63,000 square meters. On the other hand, bank interest rates have begun to rise, as have investment yields, which means that the transaction is likely to be made at a higher yield, taking into account the economic context and the war in Ukraine.
