Paweł Nowakowski has been appointed head of capital markets at Cresa Poland. Nowakowski has 12 years of experience on the commercial real estate market. He will lead the strategic and transaction advisory team at Cresa’s Warsaw office, advising clients on real estate acquisition and disposal in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. He is a specialist in real estate portfolio management strategies, focusing on restructuring and optimization. Nowakowski previously worked for EY, where he led a transaction and strategic advisory team in Warsaw. He also worked for CBRE, King Sturge and A.T. Kearney.
