Payair Poland has leased 400 sqm at the Stara Drukarnia office building in Lodz. The IT company was advised by C&W during the lease process.The investment is located on Gdanska street and offers 4,700 sqm of office space. Stara Drukarnia was built in the interwar period and was used as a stockings factory and military printing house. The project underwent refurbishment between 2015 and 2019.
