Pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank will provide a €91m senior loan for Alpha German property Income Trust, a fund managed by Alpha real Capital LLP. The loan will support and refinance the 29-asset portfolio, which consists primarily of retail and logistics properties located across Germany with a highly diversified multi-tenant base. The properties are spread across several federal states with a leasable area of 156,000 sqm.
