Another four banks have taken steps to legally break their loan agreements with PBG and its subsidiaries, after the company applied for a bankruptcy this month. The list of banks looking for compensation now includes Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej (BGŻ), Nordea Bank, BZ WBK and Raiffeisen Bank Polska. Also some of the Funds from KBC Group have made their move hoping to recover some of their money. Opera TFI and SGB Bank are also demanding the redemption of bonds from th company worth PLN LN 110m. A district court in Poznań announced this month that two PBG subsidiaries are officially bankrupt. Following Hydrobudowa Polska, Aprivii company and PBH itself now are expected to fall.
