Peach Property Group has extended its residential portfolio by 15 percent through the acquisition of a portfolio of 1,066 residential units in Heidenheim an der Brenz, Baden-Württemberg. As a result, the group’s total residential units has grown to exceed 8,000 units, while its total rentable residential space has increased from 445,000 sqm to 518,000 sqm. The purchase price was not disclosed. The portfolio, which includes 9 commercial units and 771 parking places, is in three locations in the greater Heidenheim region.
