Rosemurgy Properties has selected Peak Campus to manage two student communities serving in Gainesville, Fla. The properties, Campus Club and Gateway at Glades, were purchased for $35.4 million by Rosemurgy Properties in a March portfolio transaction. Located less than three miles from the University of Florida, Campus Club is a garden style all inclusive community with 252 units while Gateway at Glades has 120 units. Both properties are due to undergo extensive renovations scheduled to commence this fall. Campus Club slated to receive $7 million in upgrades while $2 million in improvements will be invested in Gateway at Glades.
