Palm Beach Gardens-based AW Property Co. has purchased the Horizon office building in West Palm Beach for $10.2 million. Built in 1985 on a 1.5-acre site at 1401 Forum Way, the eight-story building has 70,185 square feet of office space. The seller, Boca Raton-based Pebb Enterprises, acquired the building out of foreclosure in 2011 for $5.4 million. The building was 95 percent leased with main tenants law firms Brown & Brown and Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles, P.A. The deal was completed with 10 year, $7.95 million mortgage from Rialto Mortgage Finance, a subsidiary of Lennar Corp.
