Pedro Company Constructexim, owned by Petre Niculae, is building more than 2,200 apartments in Bucharest’s sixth district, close to the Plaza Romania shopping mall and Cora Lujerului. Completion is scheduled for October. Pedro Company Constructexim reported a profit of RON 5.4m in 2016. The company has 74 employees. Niculae holds shares in other real estate companies, including Resident Support, Imob Construct Center, Activ Global Construct and Smart House Concept.
