Pekaes has leased 11,500 sqm, with an additional 4,000 sqm secured for future expansion, at Panattoni Park Gdansk Airport. The investment will be divided into two sections. One part will be warehouse space while the other will be a cross-docking area with 34 dock houses as well as an outdoor loading platform. The tenant will also have 800 sqm of office space at its disposal within the building. Pekaes will begin operations at Panattoni Park Gdansk Airport in March 2021. The development is to take around half a year to complete, and the building is to meet BREEAM Very Good certification requirements.
