Penta has chosen four consultants to assist it in the sale of Florentinum: JLL will be the real estate consultants, EY will oversee finance and taxes, Arcadis will take care of technical issues while Dentons has been entrusted with the legal aspects. The sales will be launched in May and market sources expect price to be in the vicinity of CZK 7.5bn. The 49,000 sqm office building in central Prague also offers 8,000 sqm of retail space.
