Penta is in the process of securing a use permit for the Rosum office complex in Bratislava. The project, located at the crossing of Bajkalska and Ružinovska streets, will offer 22,000 sqm of offices with retail space on the ground floor. The opening is planned for January, and the developer anticipates 50 percent of the space will be leased by then. Penta spokesman Gabriel Tóth says that 10 companies have already signed leases, with News & Media Holding and Teva Pharmaceuticals the anchor tenants. Tóth expects that Rosum will be fully leased before the end of 2017.
Rosum includes two 10-story office towers offering 20,857 sqm of office and a parkhouse with a green terrace on the roof. Retail space on the ground floor will be occupied by City Cantina, Thali, Coffeeshop Company, Delia and Tatrabanka.
