Penta Investment Group has held a corner stone laying ceremony for Florentinum, a project it’s developing in central Prague. The city’s mayor Prague mayor Bohuslav Svoboda and Prague 1 mayor Oldřich Lomecký took part in the event. The head of Penta Marek Dospiva introduced two tenants of the new scheme: Ernst & Young and the legal firm Havel & Holásek, who when taken together with Penta will occupy one-third of the 49,000 sqm of office space in the building. Penta is beginning construction work without bank financing.
