Penta plans to add an office complex to the Bory neighborhood it has been developing in Bratislava. The company unveiled the design of the project, but has not yet released a construction schedule. Penta launched the sale of flats, to be built in the first phase of Bory, followed by a hospital project. The office component will be located behind Bory Mall shopping center and next to the hospital, which is scheduled for completion in five years. It will consist of five 5-story buildings, offering a total of 30,000 sqm of office, with 1,300 sqm floorplates. The underground parking garage will have capacity for 500 cars. The project is still in the stages of planning and Penta’s spokesman Gabriel Tóth says the developer is in negotiations with potential tenants, as it does not plan to build speculatively.
