Penta plans two resi towers next to Twin City in Bratislava

20 November 2014

Penta Investments wants to build two 100-meter tall residential high-rises next to the Twin City complex, developed by HB Reavis, in Bratislava’s Old Town. The project is part of a brownfield redevelopment. The scheme will go up on the grounds of a former heating plant at Čulenova and Továrenská streets. Penta acquired the plot in 2008. The towers will offer between 525 and 584 flats over 30 to 33 floors. There will also be an underground parking garage. The project is currently in the EIA process. Penta hopes to start construction in March, with completion expected two years later. The project is expected to cost €70m.
