Penta Real Estate has sold three administrative buildings in its European portfolio this year. The Rosum office project in Bratislava was sold for €60m to the Austrian company European City Estates at the beginning of 2020. In April, the company sold the BCT1 office building in Košice, eastern Slovakia, to Occam Real Estate. The sales price was not disclosed. The third acquisition, also in April, was the D48 office building in Warsaw. Penta Real Estate sold the property to IAD Investments for an undisclosed amount.
