Penta Real Estate takes Office Lease prize at HOF Awards 2019

8 April 2019

Penta Real Estate is the winner of the Office Lease prize for the HOF Awards 2019, which were held in Prague’s Marriott Hotel last week for the fourth time. The developer’s achievement comes in recognition of its deal that moved Deloitte from its headquarters in Prague 8’s Karlin district at Nile House to the new office building Churchill, which overlooks the Main Train station. The offices are equipped with modern, eco-friendly technology, including an intelligent air distribution system.

ā€œIn projecting new offices, we have referred to a survey conducted among our employees as well as experience from our foreign colleagues. The new office concept accentuates collaboration, creativity and flexibility. We also put greater emphasis on employees’ well-being; for example, we will have our own gym or a roof terrace overlooking Prague Castle. Both our employees and clients have something to look forward to,ā€ says Jan StehlĆk, COO at Deloitte Czech Republic.
The administrative part (Buildings I and II) and a new apartment house are the last stages of the Churchill project by Penta Real Estate. The project also involves building an underpass to connect the Prague Main Train Station, Winston Churchill Square and the University of Economics, making the C metro station accessible directly from Žižkov and Vinohrady. In October 2018 Deloitte has signed another 2000 sqm which led to total occupation of 15.200 sqm.

The HOF Awards are organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group, publishers of the region’s leading property magazine, CIJ, and organizers of major property conferences as well as the CIJ Awards series throughout CEE.
