Penta Investments rebranded the Čulenova project it is developing in Bratislava to Sky Park by Zaha Hadid. At the same time, Penta launched flat sales. The project, designed by the late architect and her studio, will include 800 flats, 50,000 sqm of office space, 1,100 parking spots and a green park stretching across 3.5 ha. The project will go up on a 5 ha plot between Čulenova, Továrenská and Bottova streets in Bratislava’s Old Town. In the first phase, three 105-meter residential highrises will be built. Penta also plans to reconstruct the historical Jurkovičova heating plant, which can be used for social or cultural purposes. Two office buildings will be added later on. One building will include two parts offering eight and 19 floors. The second office building will be a 116-meter tower, which will go up in the last phase.
