Penta has secured refinancing from Komerční banka and Česká spořitelna for its Florentinum office project in Prague 1. The CZK 4.1bn loan will mature in seven years. The original CZK 3bn loan was granted in 2013. Florentinum, which opened in January 2014, is 97 percent leased to companies like EY, Havel, Holásek & Partners, Fortuna, Renomia, Veolia, RSJ, HSBC Bank and Bank of China. Michal Kunc, manager for structured financing at Komerční banka, told ČTK that this is one of the largest loans seen on the Czech property market in 2015.
