In Košice, Penta Real Estate has sold its office building Business Centrum Tesla 2 to the Austrian company European City Estates. The 14,600 sqm building has tenants such as T-Systems Slovakia, Deloitte, Diebold-Nixdorf and Colonnade. “BCT 2 is one of our most successful office projects,” said Juraj Nevolnik, Penta Real Estate Slovakia’s CEO. “Demand has been so high, that the building was almost fully let since its opening. It is a good testimony that we implement quality projects that are interesting for investors from both commercial and technical view,” said Juraj Nevolník, CEO of Penta Real Estate Slovakia. JLL acted for the vendor in the transaction. Penta has already contracted to sell BCT 3, for which it has a construction permit, upon completion to the same buyer.
