Penta is planning to build 400 new flats in a project worth CZK 2bn in Prague 4-Nusle. The investment group bought a former brewery area for an undisclosed price and plans to keep the historical building, which could house shops, services, offices and a few flats on approximately 10,000 sqm. The rest of the brownfield will be cleared out and prepared for residential development. Penta hopes it will be able to start construction on the 3 ha site in three years after it secures approval from conservationists and Prague 4.
