Penta is in negotiations with Prague 6 about relocating a hospital for elderly patients from Chittussiho street in the Bubeneč district to the Pod Marjánkou healthcare center in the Břevnov district. This would pave the way for Penta to replace the worn-down hospital complex with high-end residential. Penta has yet to secure the change to the master plan. Prague 6 terminated a private operator’s lease contract for the Pod Marjánkou center earlier this year and paid the company CZK 40m in compensations. The operator had promised to modernize the healthcare center by the end of next year but will not meet the deadline.
