Penta plans to complete the Rosum business center in Bratislava in October. The €28m project, going up at the corner of Bajkalská and Ružinovska streets, will offer 22,000 sqm of commercial space, with 20,800 sqm of office space and the rest earmarked for ground-floor retail. The complex will also include a parking garage for 470 cars. Váhostav is overseeing construction. Part of the building will be taken by News and Media Holding, which is part of Penta group. The scheme includes two towers connected by a single reception. Penta is hoping to secure a LEED Gold certificate for Rosum.
