Penta plans to expand Business Center Tesla (BCT) in Košice, Slovakia. The second phase of the project will add 12,000 sqm of modern office space to the business zone located in the city’s southern district. Penta plans to build a six story Z-shaped building on what is currently a parking lot with parking garages. The new building will offer 15,000 sqm of space: 12,300 sqm of offices and 550 sqm of commercial. The developer will also increase the number of parking spots to 560. The project is currently in the EIA process. Construction is expected to start in Q2 2015 and take 18 months, with costs are expected to total €11.5m. The first phase of BCT offers 14,000 sqm of B class office space in six refurbished buildings, leased to companies such as Dalkia, Mediworx, Acase and T-Systems, writes Trend Reality.
