Penta Investments is expected to secure a use permit soon for the first phase of its residential complex, Pri mýte, on Račianska street in Bratislava. The first phase offers 134 flats in four six- to eight-floor apartment houses. The flats will be ready to take over in spring. Meanwhile, construction on the second phase is currently underway. The second phase will add an additional 195 units in four buildings and a 12-floor tower. Completion is scheduled for early 2018. Both phases are nearly sold out, with the last nine units still on offer. Penta also started negotiations with potential tenants for the retail space on the ground floor. The developer is planning a third phase along Račinaska street, with 60 flats and 144 parking spots. The last apartment building will replace the parkhouse originally planned for the site. Penta still needs to secure planning for it.
