Penta is to offload its facility management company AB Facility and has hired Erste Corporate Finance as consultants on the sale. Penta’s spokesman Ivo Mravinac says that the offer has sparked interest from a number of strategic and financial investors and that Penta plans to publish a shortlist in early June. AB Facility’s EBDITA was €5.7m in 2015, according to the server e15. Penta acquired AB Facility in 2010 with revenues worth CZK 1.3bn. Under Penta’s management, the company expanded to Poland and Slovakia and its turnover rose to €118m (CZK 3.2bn) in 2015. Penta decided to off-load the company as part of a larger shift to focus on its strategic priorities.
