After better-than-expected sales on the flats in its Pri mýte project, near Račianske myto in Bratislava, Penta is now planning to start work on the second phase in the third quarter of this year. The developer has already sold 91 of the 130 flats in the first phase of the project. The second phase is set for completion in mid-2017. The second phase will add 195 new apartments in five eight- to 12-story buildings. The 45 sqm to 110 sqm units will be slightly more expensive than those in the first phase, with prices ranging between €2,200 and €2,300/sqm.
Penta acquired the project, originally called Slovany, in an auction. The original design called for 42-story high-rises connected by a footbridge near the top.
