The development company YIT approved the ninth of the ten stages of the Suomi Hloubětín project. All 104 low-energy apartments in the Finnish style with a layout of 1 + kk to 5 + kk have already found new owners. They will be able to start moving early next year.
The Vantaa stage consists of a total of four five- to six-storey apartment buildings with 104 units in layouts from 1 + kk to 5 + kk. Each has a balcony, terrace or front garden. Of course there are cellars, a carriage house and a room for washing bicycles or dogs. Plenty of parking spaces are then located in a common underground floor, which connects all buildings. A semi-private space with green areas and game elements will take care of the pleasant leisure time of future residents.
“With the successful approval of the ninth stage of Vantaa, we are moving further towards the completion of the entire residential area of Suomi Hloubětín. Only the preparation of the last stage of Tampere awaits us, which as a high-rise building will become the dominant feature of the area. We plan to start its construction after the completion of the Lappi Hloubětín project, which we have now launched in the immediate vicinity of the complex. It will seamlessly connect to the emerging Finnish district and thus create a unified unit with a total of about 1,200 apartments and all the necessary infrastructure, making it one of the largest residential areas in Prague,” says YIT Stavo sales director Dana Bartoňová.
The advantages of the location include excellent transport accessibility. There is a tram stop right next to the complex, and Kolbenova and Hloubětín B metro stations are just a few minutes away. Residents will also appreciate the easy connection to the Prague ring road when traveling by car. There is no need to spend free time either. The new district stretches along the Rokytka river, which was revitalized by the developer YIT, creating pleasant relaxation zones. Around it is a popular bike path, suitable for a wide range of recreational and sports activities. The civic amenities in the area are also varied: it includes, for example, a café, pizzeria, wine bar, florist and grocery store. In addition, the neighboring Lappi Hloubětín project will enrich the entire site with additional commercial space. YIT is also building a kindergarten here according to the design of the Finnish architect Jyrki Tasa, which will be in operation from September 2022. Near the complex there is also a medical facility, swimming pool, post office or shopping center.
