People from flats along the H-System in Horoměřice are at risk of eviction again

24 March 2021

People who live in Horoměřice in apartments after the bankrupt H-System company are again in danger of being evicted by an executor. Due to a new action requesting the exemption of land under the access roads from bankruptcy, the insolvency administrator cannot enter the easement. But without it, banks will not finance real estate, so many people would not have the money to buy. The information of ČTK was confirmed by the chairman of the Horoměřice 2020 housing cooperative, Michal Beník, the head of the credit committee, Petr Pavel, and the chairman of BD Svatopluk, Martin Junek.

If sales are not unblocked by withdrawing the lawsuit, the insolvency administrator will have to apply for eviction from the courts. Otherwise, the whole long-standing dispute would be re-discussed.

An exclusion action seeking the exclusion of land under access roads from bankruptcy because the roads were built by the Svatopluk cooperative must be heard by a court. Junek filed the same lawsuit in January, but subsequently withdrew it under pressure from the population precisely because of the blocking of sales.
