Perfetti Van Melle Poland, a producer and distributor of candy brands as Mentos and Chupa Chups, renewed its office lease agreement for 700 sqm of space in the Park Warsaw office building on Krakowiaków street. The tenant was advised by Knight Frank in the leasing process. The Park Warsaw is a class A office complex owned by AIG and White Star Real Estate. The property offers 110,000 sqm of office space. The second phase of the complex includes two 5-storey buildings offering 24,000 sqm of office space. The complex was designed in accordance with international environmental standards.
