Pernod Ricard Romania, a market leader in alcoholic beverage importing in Romania, is leasing 600 square meters at the Unirii View office project in central Bucharest. The building will offer 17,500 sqm of total leasable area in a tower structure designed to reach 73 meters in height. The building will have 19 floors, of which 17 floors are dedicated to offices. The project’s underground garage extends three levels beneath the ground floor.
