PointPark Properties (P3), the specialist investor, developer, and asset manager of warehouse properties has appointed Peter Bahník as Head of Leasing for Slovakia. Bahník will be in charge of leasing properties in the company’s portfolio and acquiring land for future development projects.
Peter Bahník (40) has over 10 years of real estate development experience under his belt. Prior to joining P3, he worked for Colliers International in Prague and Bratislava and served for eight years as Sales and Leasing Manager with Karimpol International in Slovakia. He holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Bratislava.
Peter Bahník is Slovak and speaks English and German.
