Businessman Petre Niculae enters the residential market in Sector 2 of Bucharest. Excelsior Construct & Development, owned by Businessman Petre Niculae, obtained last month the demolition authorization of the existing constructions on the 10,000 sqm land he owns on Electronicii street no. 31 in sector 2 of the Capital. Over 500 apartments can be built on this land.
Petre Niculae’s plans do not stop there. Also in July, the same company obtained urban planning certification for the construction of blocks with 12, respectively 15 floors, as well as a nursery, on a plot of land located at Baiculu street no. 31, Sector 2.
