Petrus is expanding its presence on the Spanish market, with several new projects underway. The developer has started to build a 22-home development in the Madrid’s Salamanca neighborhood. The homes will be sold for €5,500/sqm. Petrus is also developing an 18-home scheme in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, south of Barcelona. The company posted €25.4m in revenues in 2015 and anticipates its revenues will increase by 6.6 percent to €27.1m this year.
