The Quaye at Palm Beach Gardens apartment complex has been sold for $118 million to New Jersey-based PGIM Real Estate. The firm paid just over $347,050 per unit for the 340 unit complex located at 10000 South Gardens Drive in Plam Beach Gardens, Florida. Built in 2015 Carlyle Investments, the scheme was completed with a $47.6 million mortgage from Columbus, Georgia-based Synovus bank. Amenities include 9 acres of nature trails, community pool and basketball court along with a 10,000 sqf clubhouse with a fitness center.
