After Polish Antimonopoly Office has blocked PGE to take over Polish energy giant Energa, it begging to consider a merger with PGNiN. Former Energa’s CEO was never enthusiastic about PGE acquisition, but he’s interested in making a deal with PGNiN, recently headed by Grażyna Piotrwoska-Oliwa. “PGNiN was looking to acquire PGE for few years.
