Two affiliates of New York-based Philips International has picked up the Solera at Wellington apartments in Wellington for $58 million. Trading for $181,250 per unit, the 320 unit property is located on South Shore Blvd. The apartments were built on the 17.1-acre site in 1991, featuring a clubhouse, pool, tennis court, and a fitness center. The seller, an affiliate of AEW Capital Management, bought the asset in 2001 for $22.8 million.
