Philips Poland signed a lease on 4,000 sqm at Symetris Business Park II located on Piłsudkiego avenue in Łódź. The Knight Frank Tenant helped Philips Poland choose the location and represented the company during lease negotiations. The project, developed by Echo Investment, features two buildings with a total lease area of 19,000 sqm. The complex is BREEAM-certified.
